QuasiMod
Hi, Firstly I don't know where to get help on this topic so I'll post here. I've installed prestashop and having trouble. One of the problems: prices in catalog and product pages are displayed without a tax, where does one find setting to switch price display to include tax? Please help. Paulito
Good morning I think you should go to; Back office > localization > Taxes > scroll to bottom of page Hope this helps Paul
QuasiMod
Thanks for quick reply, I've got this in my Taxes settings. Enable tax: [x] Yes Display tax in the shopping cart: [x] Yes Use ecotax: [X] No - Not sure what this means. But the prices are still displayed without any taxes. Thanks Edited August 28, 2013 by QuasiMod (see edit history)
RCP90
Hello, You first need to choose which Taxes and tax rules you want to use, in back office localization>Taxes/tax rules. You then need to apply a specific tax rule to the products in your in catalog, this is either done on an individual basis by going to catalog>products> ( select your product ) >Prices, then select from the drop down box called Tax Rule, which tax you want to apply. Or it can also be done in bulk when you import your products via CSV in the TAX RULE column by insertign the Tax Rule id, e'g '56'. Hope that helps/ Edited August 28, 2013 by RCP90 (see edit history)
QuasiMod
Thanks for sorting that out, but still, in pictures: Attaching three images with my items price property window, localization -> Taxes window, and Item display. I should have mentioned - I'm using this: http://webiz.bg/cleantheme/index.php theme. As I think about it this might be the problem, I'll check that. RCP90
Localization > Countries. Click on the country you are using and you'll see at the bottom there's the option to enable Display tax label (e.g. "Tax incl."): Does that work for you?
