I believe he got these logs from the Advance Parameters>logs. Not sure what you mean by that Can you please turn on Error reporting and let us know if you have any errors in the front or back office when completing an order. Are there any consistencies with the orders that did receive this error? like same payment method, same minimum number of products etc? Lastly, can you tell me if this is an upgraded store?
