How could I simplify my shop?

My client is worried that the shop we have created does not have a simple enough checkout process. What are your opinions?

maybe use some one page checkout modules, you can use them instead of default checkout process

the one thing I noticed is that there is a load of scrolling to get to the check out button. The cart summary is very large, should be compacted...i.e if I say check out, i mean check out not scrolling down to find what is required to start the process.

In my opinion "Add to bag" button is a bit too small. On the checkout page there is a lot of space, and that makes it very high and makes people scroll... and scroll...
