PayPal email conflict from seller

I received this from PayPal support:

 

"The error is caused by the cart not including the email address of your PayPal account. The cart is actually passing the value "Penn State Hoops Club" where we are expecting the email address of the PayPal account. You will need to look through the setup of your cart, there should be a section where you can insert your email address of your account to identify which PayPal account to use. You would need to reach out to PrestaShop for specific assistance in setting up their cart."

 

 

Yesterday I had two buttons on my store--one worked and 1 did not. I reset the paypal payment moduIe and now I have one that does not work. I am not sure where to look for the email setup?

 

Speaking of email: I am surprised that PrestaShop does not send an email when a sale is made. Is this possible but the above is critical

I uninstalled and did the API again and it is working well without the express checkout (no shipping?). Thanks for the help...does anyone know if you can set an email alert when an order comes in. Thanks for all of your help! :)
