First of all, yout shop's loading time is huge. The design itself is very wide and it doesnt adjust to the window or screen size - this may cause some problems on tablets and mobile devices.

There are few possible solutions

 

a) create a version of the shop devoted to the mobile

make your design responvice - that involves some CSS techniques, which are changing the visibility and positions of the elements according to the screen width

 

I like the second option way more
