Error with taxes: wholesale and ecological (when taxes is off)

After migrating from 1.4 to 1.5.4.1 i've got error in editing prices for any products:

 

— wrong field: ecological tax

— wrong field: wholesale price

 

I've got all taxes off, so I don't understand why this error keeps on bugging me.

I've figured that's this error comes somewhere from database.

Help me find where it is

 

P.S. I've got russian version, so sorry for such screenshot, it's better then nothing )))
