Generate a invoice without produts and VAT

Hi

 

I wanna create an estimate for my clients and then maybe convert it to a bill

 

Theres a way to do this?

 

 

I can generate an estimate if I have the product in the store. But sometimes I dont have it, and create the product add the price and images takes too much time, and maybe wasted...

 

 

 

 

Other question, I wanna obligate my clients to put VAT number (european, UK, USA, something) and if they do not want share the VAT I wanna have a drop box or something with some "VAT" showing "Final Client" or 99999999 that clients can check...
