Contact form and back office email tab no longer working

Hi, my website www.tiempoerotico.com's contact form is no longer working. If you try to send an email throught the contact form it will go to an error page displaying this:

The website encountered an error while retrieving http://tiempoerotico.com/index.php?controller=contact http://tiempoerotico.com/index.php?controller=contact. It is possible that this is inactive due to maintenance or has been configured incorrectly.

I tried to fix this while going into the back office and in the advance parameters the mail tab is not working. Everytime I click on it this page appears:

I'm not sure what happened. I change the mail once but then change it back to the original and suddenly all this happened.

 

You can try sending an email here http://tiempoerotico.com/index.php?controller=contact. It will pop up the error.

I also had my server host to change the PTR and SPF records. But he told me that the changes would not cause the issue am having.

if you have 500 internal server errors, turn on error reporting:

then try to open these pages - you will see more information where the problem occur

Hi Vekia! Thanks for the reply, I did what your link said and the Error page show this: I'm going to see what happened in that line.

Hi! I found the error. I was trying to remove the attached logo that is sent with the automated mails. And I read /* don't attach the logo as */

 

So I add the / before and after for the line 247. That is what caused the issue. Now I have to search on how to removed attached logo. Thanks alot Vekia!
