Problem: import export theme Thanks for your help

hello beautiful people. I am here again to ask for your help.

 

finished accomplishing my theme on a free hosting, now I install it on domino just purchased.

 

I then exported the subject imports and exports by thema selected and installed modules and I click on Export thema

 

before installing the new thema on my hosting I wanted to do a test on another free hosting that I use to work online

 

I realized that only changes a few things such as the background images but the rest will not be changed such as the menu bar

 

this are my questions:

 

where am I wrong?

 

I have to export the theme in a different way?

 

I need to import the theme in a different way?

 

I have to install everything in a different way?

 

I have to re-edit the whole thing by hand on the new installation?

Hi Lui,

a few questions:

-1 are the both shops the same Prestashop version?

- is the new host 'compatible with prestashop (i.e. minimum requirements met)

- enough memory on the server for Prestashop?

- Did you use the theme exporter/importer- module, or did you manually move the theme using FTP or so?

- if you used the importer/exporter module, please try to move the whole

themes/<your theme folder>/

folder to to your new shop, select it and see if it works (user guide how to install usin FTP here: http://doc.prestashop.com/display/PS15/Managing+Modules+and+Themes#ManagingModulesandThemes-InstallingusingaFTPclient.1
