Patric
To translate the BO tabs, you only have to click on the corresponding flag in the top. Of course, the language must be installed :Back Office >> Tools >> LanguagesBack Office >> Tools >> TranslationsTo rename the "Home" category in the FO's breadcrumb :Back Office >> Tools >> TranslationsFront Office translationsclick on the flag of the language where you want to make the changesearch the Breadcrumb sectionFill the field in front of "Home"

jojje_f
Hi,I have the same problem where "Home" in the top Category and in the Sitemap is not translated.I tried the code above on PrestaShop 1.4.0.15. It correctly gives me the Home field to translate in admin>translations>frontoffice>sitemap. However, it doesn't seem to translate on my page. Anybody who can help with this? And why is this function not there from the beginning in the system? Everything else in this great PrestaShop system seems so translatable. kris69
Yo can rename "Home" button in the Top Horizontal Menu bar in admin panel CATALOG/CATEGORIES. After open categories site where you have list of categories, click on edit icon which is on top right in that site. Rename root home categorie to something else and that's it.
flotyi
Hi, I read all the comments, but I can't translate the top menu bars (Home, Contact, Sitemap) and remove the Bookmark menu. I have prestashop 1.5.3.0, and there is no Tools option in the admin panel, and under the Translations menu there is only Front Office translations, no Moduls Translations. Please help me! Thank you. kris69
I dont know why you dont have modul translations in your prestashop. It should be there. What you need to translate is in modul called blockpermanentlinks-header. regards

Omk
I have this same problem, but on different version - PrestaShop™ 1.6.0.9 I tried the instructions given here including editing the sitemap.tpl file, but it did not work. How can I get the "Home", "Delivery", "Legal notice" and "HOME" -texts translated? Please see my screenshot.
Omk
Oh I found that "Legal notice", "Delivery" were to be translated under Preferences > CMS. But I still have that "Home" untranslated, and can't find where that is to be done.
