daniwin Posted August 21, 2013 Share Posted August 21, 2013 Hello Presta, It seems that I have a problem with logging in to my admin panel from a direct admin login link I get page not found from the site with a cached link I can get in otherwise not from a freshly cleared cache I get a 500 Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. here is the error log from cp. vekia Posted August 22, 2013 Share Posted August 22, 2013 let's clarify a bit whole thing. you pasted a logs from log file, method above (with turning error reporting to on) displays errors in your browser, not in the file so my question is: any additional message appear while you're trying to log in? daniwin Posted August 22, 2013 Author Share Posted August 22, 2013 I enabled the error reporting method and in the cpanel error log the error remains the same the one from the page after trying to login is different when I log in from different pc's I get a redirect from the website that the page was not found(404) and from one pc I get Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. qazplm Posted January 12, 2015 Share Posted January 12, 2015 (edited) I've just got into this situation. No idea what's going on, everything was fine few hours ago. First it showed up the login form but after login, the error appeared. I can still access my shop normally.
