[Job Offer] Switch Stylesheets With jQuery Module

Hi,

 

I have reviewed a number of jquery plugins online that can be used to switch css stylesheets for websites. Examples include the following:

I want to use one of these plugins for a site I am working on. I want someone who can help me develop a module that would do the following:

1. Display the module on the frontend that would allow visitors to select different colors and background styles. At the end, I want it to appear as the one on this link: http://demo.gavick.com/joomla25/bluap/
   
2. Most importantly, the module should also have a configuration page on the backend that would allow the shop owner to hide the style options from the frontend or show it. If he wants to hide it, there should be an option to choose one of the styles as default style which no visitor then would be able to change since the options would be hidden from them. If he shows it, then the default style would come up but visitors would have the chance to change it because they would be able to see the options.
   
3. When the module is installed, the configuration link should also appear on the main prestashop admin's top menus.
   

If you are interested in building this module, please send me your price and how long it will take. Since I am good with css design, I will work on the module appearances myself.
