Barry1877
Hi All I am hoping that someone may be able to point me in the correct direction here. I have set up some catergories of items and if 6 of them are added to the cart (in a specific catergorie) it should provide the cheapest free (lets say they were £10) After setting up the rule it works fine if 6 are added it reduces by the cheapest product which is £10 and therefore making the cart £50 (All Ok) However (The Problem) if I add 6 of the a fore mention products and the add other products from different catergories and if one of them is cheaper (say £5) the discount would be applied to the cheapest item and reduce the cart by £5. I need it to only reduce the cheapest item from a selection of catergories and cannot see how this would work in prestashop. Any assistance or guidance would be appreciated. Barry1877
Does anyone have any insight into how I may achieve this??
benjamin utterback
I don't think this can be done in PrestaShop by default. Could you take screenshots of that specific Voucher that you created. Alternatively you can tell me what you have (different than default) under Information, Conditions, and Actions.
Barry1877
Thanks for your reply, images attached. As you will see if someone chooses 6 of the hire packages they get the cheapest free (which is what I want) however if they add other products and that is cheaper the discount is applied to that not the hire package. Appreciate you taking a look
