eurocar
Hello, I'm trying to install a new prestashop 1.5.4.1 but it doesn't pass the license agreement. It once worked, but then I deleted all because I wanted to create one development and one live environment. Tried already to delete all and re-upload it again. (with different ftp programs). The hosting company also did a reset on my hosting. When I install 1.4.11 it does install, but I need 1.5 for a special module. Thank you! PascalVG
Do you get an error, does it exit the installation, or returns to the same page? Is there any file/folder structure or database left of the old installation? pascal
eurocar
It keeps returning to the same page, the one I have to accept UELA. No nothing is left of it. Because I wanted to have a test 1 and live environment my idea was it was better to re-install both new.
PascalVG
Euro, Did you try to UPGRADE from 1.4.11 to 1.5 already? Strange problem, especially as it worked before... Did you check the memory available on your server? and other requirements to run Prestashop? http://www.prestashop.com/en/system-requirements Sorry, not being of much help... pascal
eurocar
Last night I found the solution. The tmp folder was deleted from the server. Thank you!
PascalVG
Hi Eur, did you have a look at this answer of TDR170 already? http://www.prestasho...ost__p__1028955 My 2 more cents, pascal Ah, see you found the culprit. Good! I'll mark it as saved. Happy selling! pascal Edited August 24, 2013 by PascalVG (see edit history)
