backoffice order: email Process the payment of your order

Hi,

I use 1.5.4 Prestashop.

 

I created a backoffice order and I sent to customer an email message with the link to process the payment of his order (he wants pay using paypal) (like this http://www.mysite.it/index.php?controller=order&step=3&recover_cart=28&token_cart=05d473f403ad70b4397f920f1240da69), but when customer click the link, the browser open the first step of order and says "empty cart".

 

Someone know how can I fix this error?

i realise this has probably been solved by now but just to put it in writing as i just had the same problem. You need to click "send email to customer with link to process payment" and not click create order.

 

when you click the email to customer button, a shopping cart is created, as technically it is still not an order until payment has been process. once the customer clicks the link in their email, it will automatically turn the shopping cart into an order. if you have multiple payment methods dont forget to choose the relevant payment method and payment status before you click send email to customer.
