PhillipTIB Posted August 20, 2013 Share Posted August 20, 2013 Hi, We have just received our first order and received an email from Ogone saying the payment has been requested. We waited a few hours for the order to appear in Prestashop but nothing happened. We could view the cart but it hadn't turned into an order. We contacted Ogone by phone and they said the payment had been accepted and it should have appeared in Prestashop. Ogone sent us an email with all the details that we were supposed to use when speaking with somebody from Prestashop. We tried calling the Prestashop number but kept getting cut off. Yes, we have the ogone module installed and the ogone rep went through the configuration and said it was okay. Which sales and order module do you mean? I have installed the module you suggested but when somebody tries to order it stays in the cart and an order is never made. I have to create one manually before the customer sees a confirmation.
