Cant access Categories after uploading CSV file.. HELP!!

I uploaded a csv file with my products and now when i go into categories in the back office, none of my categories are there and there is only a number there that i cannot do anything with (edit, delete etc). On the front office old categories still there. I tried adding a new category in back office and i just get an error

Anyone know what i did wrong and how i can fix it??? Thanks
