mouse1 Posted August 19, 2013 Share Posted August 19, 2013 I'm using Prestashop 1.5.4.0 and would like to modify the Layered navigation block (version 1.8.9). I would like to have dropdown menus with checkboxes so that customers can tick multiple parameters in each filter section (Color, Subcategory, Availability). At the moment, the module only allows to have simple dropdown menus (no checkboxes, only one parameter can be selected), checkboxes (they take up too much space if you have many attributes) or radio buttons. Here is an example of what I would like to do: https://code.google....own-check-list/ I also tried to install various jquery plugins (incl. the one above) that are supposed to transfer the select element into a dropdown checkbox list. For some reason none of them worked. I had installed jquery before in Prestashop and it worked fine (sliders, picture enlarge), so I believe the problem wasn't in the installation itself. Well, maybe I'm missing something somewhere. Would anyone know how to do this? I think it could help others to achieve a much more user-friendly filter on their websites. Thanks. J.
