Joe1980
Hello. When I try to login to my admin section it won't let me access it. I get error code: Fatal error: Call to undefined method Tools::addonsRequest() in /public_html/controllers/admin/AdminHomeController.php on line 672 Any ideas? vekia
i've got two questions: what ps version you use? You updated your store?
Joe1980
Version 1.5.4 I didn't update anything. Woke up one day to an email from a customer saying that my website was down. I went to check it out and there was a blank white screen. The website now comes up for customers but I can't login to my admin section.
swsindonesia
Hi, Did it ever occur to you that one of these scenario might happen: 1. Your site has been compromised 2. Your hosting service updated something / downgraded something If you never made any customization in the back-end / front-end of the PS other than the theme (maybe) Simply copy a fresh source of PS 1.5.4 to your web folder EXCEPT the config and theme folder. Make necessary backup first before doing so.
Joe1980
Well I guess that's always a possibility. So your saying I should just login to my FTP client and upload every PS folder to my public_html folder except for the config and theme folder?
