Cannot log in the admin panel

If this problem has persisted with you and you were able to manage the problem, please help me...I am in a desperado mode...HONESTLY!! Okkay, the problem I have is...I cannot login to my administration backdoor. I completed the installation and was able to login to the backdoor first time. But after I logged off and went back to login again, the attempt has failed. I inserted the email login and the password; then clicked the "connection" button, but it just refreshed the page and redirected me back to the administration login panel with a blank email and password login!! If anyone has experienced similar problem as this, PLEASE HELP!!! Thank you for your post, time and consideration ahead of time!!!

1) have you got possibility to check your store database? (for example via phpmyadmin database manager)

2) you changed something before this problem started to occur?

3) check please browser console log, is there any error? (ctrl+shift+j in chrome)

4) try to clear cache in your browser

5) you can try to log in with other browsers too

In addition to what vekia said, what happens if you click on recover password? In any case your browser's cache might be stuck

Just had the same problem....had to switch browsers to log in. : )
