Is PrestaShop for me?

Hi

I've been working on a shop for a few weeks now.
probaly quite a strange shop in many peoples eyes, but it's selling Balloons! Hence the name
Basically the concept is, people order a balloon to give as a gift for someone, and they get it through the post in a box. Theirs loads of sites out there that do it already!

So far, I've done a few changes, found some good modules etc. What I have done so far, I wouldn't of been able to do without the help of Forum users, especially CYTechnologies.

There are a few things that I need for my shop to function the way I want, and I'm just not sure if PrestaShop can do this.

I would like users to be able to place an order for 1 item maximum.
I would like users to be able to submit a special message on the checkout summary page.
I would like users to specify a delivery date (either by a blank box, dropdown box or date picker)

There are a few other things which would be nice, but the 3 above are most important.

Is PrestaShop for me, or should I reconsider? I know someone is working on a datepicker already, so maybe the other features it is just a matter of waiting?
