PrestaShop 0.9.7 how to show more items in categories in smaller blocks? Help?

Hi,

First of all thanks very much for the shopping cart. Its brilliant !

 

I've been snooping around the boards for the last week finding answers to various problems but I am now stuck.

 

I want to show products in smaller blocks like on this site here

I also want to show more than 8 on a page by default. I want to show 60.

 

Any help much appreciated.
