Ciao a tutti,
si richiede una vostra gentile assistenza a seguito di un problema riscontrato al sito (25/04/2015 09:00 ca.)
Versione Prestashop 1.5.4.1 (www.grandelupo.net). Dopo aver installato correttamente il modulo "watermark" (filigrana nelle immagini), e configurato, avevo un messaggio di aggiornamneto e ho proceduto aggiornandolo.

Dopo il suo aggiornamento il sito ha smesso di funzionare.
Il messaggio che compare è il seguente:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Pensando che il problema fosse quindi il modulo in questione, anche perchè è stata l'unica operazione efefttuata, volevo rimuoverlo/disinstallarlo, ma non ne ho la possibilità in quanto non posso accedere da lato BO.

Tra le operazioni da me effettuate:
ho rimosso manualmente tramite FTP la cartella watermark:
/miodominio/modules/watermark

ma nulla, il sito non risponde e non si vede.
Ho ritrasferito sempre tramite FTP, la cartella sicuramente funzionante, ma anche in questo caso non funziona.


Provando a collegarmi al database, ho cercato la tabella ps_watermark, ma non la trovo.

Infatti pensavo di cancellarla anche da li...


Chiedo cortesemente un vostro aiuto per il ripristino e rifunzionamento del sito.

PS: ho anche effettuato questa prova:

 

you need to connect to your FTP, then

open config/defines.inc.php

 

find this line

define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', false);

change to look like this:

define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true);

 

 

Ma non funziona, il sito non funziona nè da BO nè FO!
