Backing up your store:- Prestashop not very clear in back office

I wish to back mystore up in case something happens and either with my server or with my store. Anyway the backup option in the back office is not very clear, does this only backup the sql database if so how would you make a complete backup of everthing.

And if you did this then when you want to reupload the backup incase (fingers crossed nowt does) something did happen then you would add to your backup the admin and install folders that you have to delete and rename from original prestashop for security.
