[SOLVED] Products outside of the cart rules are getting discounted ? (SOLVED)

I have set up a few cart rules based around multiple purchases and with the help from here now all work fine.

 

Until earlier today, I came home and the first thing I check is are there any new orders, and yes there were,

 

However if a buyer purchases 3 of any item listed under the cart rule a discount of 16% is applied I had a few orders today where larger single items bolted onto the same order were also discounted, fortunately I still profited from the sales so its not a major headache but would really like to solve this.

 

I have gone through the rules and checked each and every parameter and no where is the extra discounted product mentioned I have removed manufacturer from the cart rule thinking this was the issue and when I run a test purchase from the live site it still happens.

 

Anyone have any idea what I have done wrong.

 

my site resides here www.puffdade.com/shop all the liquids are 3 for £10.00 unless purchased singly apart from another brand that is 4 for £10.00 using either option adding an electronic cigarette kit applies discount of the same percentage to that kit as well.

 

This is doing my head in I'm close to smoking again

Hi puffdade, you may want to try the specific pricing for your products.

 

Also, do you have "Apply discount to" "Selected Products" in the "Actions" tab when you look at your voucher.

Could have earnt a few quid more today but hey I have a few very happy customers who got an extra 16% and Im sure they will return.

FYI for other people. When using a Percentage Discount in Cart Rules, you have the option to have the discount ONLY on the products you have listed, or the products within the category that you added. This is good so it wont apply the discount to other products outside of those conditions.
