TheGForce
When a customer trys to register on my site the identification number is not asterisked but unless a number is put in, registration is not allowed. A small problem but irritates some potential customers leading to loss of orders. It will accept any old number and does not seem to be used or be necessary. If the number is necessary it should be asterisked.
benjamin utterback
Hi TheGForce, what version of PrestaShop are you using? Can you quote the exact error? Also include a screenshot and click "more reply options" >Add Picture>Attach
TheGForce
> Your addresses Your addresses Modify address "My address" There is 1 error Identification number is incorrect or has already been used. * Required field Your address Identification number DNI / NIF / NIE This is the error message. It says the identification is incorrect even though there is no number entered. This is not a required field and the number is not originally requested. Then it insists it is a required field even though it is not asterisked. My version is 1.5.3.1 Edited August 16, 2013 by TheGForce (see edit history)
