Uniq
I attempted to upload the piwik module through ftp and now when i click on modules tab I get this GIF89a!,D; Any ideas as to what might have happened? Will I have to reinstall? Here is the link http://www.uniqjewel...793cb68e6bdcf2c to new module on the dashboard. I have attached an image showing how the module is completely missing up top. stottycabanas
... when i click on modules tab I get this GIF89a!,D; ... the module is completely missing up top. How can you click on the tab if it's missing? Have you checked Administration/Menus - is 'Modules' listed there and is it enabled?
Uniq
It is only showing on my dashboard (first page) but not in tabs where you also find payment, positions, modules. If you look at the attached picture you will see add new module. I should have left out "tab" and no, It is missing from admin/menus. stottycabanas
Have you tried undoing the piwik upload? If that doesn't work, you'll need someone with more knowledge than me to advise - hope you get it sorted.
Uniq
Yes I did, it didn't help. Thank you though I appreciate your response. i May have to add the module back in manually if that is possible. I just don't know how
NemoPS
To add that tab back, you must click on Administration -> menus. If Modules is not there anymore, click on add new, call it modules and name the class AdminModules. You can choose an icon if you want, then click save. Then, do it again. for AdminModules (yes, twice), adminModulesPositions, AdminAddonsCatalog and AdminPayment. these ones MUST have the first modules tab as their parent This way, it will be back to how it looked originally
