Problem with display product when SEO URLs are switched ON

Hi all,

 

I have some testing shop on PS 1.5.4.1

 

There are problem with display product page - when I click on product there are only white page with question mark pictire sometimes. Only sometimes... after reload (F5) it´s ok...

 

 

This problem only occurs sometimes....

 

Please can you testing it http://www.nabytecek.eu and advice some solution?

Hi,

You may wanna try these steps:

1. delete .htaccess file in your site root

2. go to Preferences -> SEO & URL, switch friendly url off and on to generate a fresh new .htaccess

You may also want to disable apache multiviews

 

I managed to view that question mark, which is a default no-image from PS after few reload on your page, it seems you may also experience problem with the cache

When I do 1. and 2 and it´s the same.

 

But now when I disable apache multiviews it´s maybe OK.

 

Can you test it?

 

I´m not modified default theme...

The attached shows two products from your site in the same (sub-)category, one with an image, one with no image.

 

 

The first one is looking for image 219661, the second for image 219672 Are both of those in the ps_image table in your database? And do you have folders called /img/p/2/1/9/6/6/1/ and /img/p/2/1/9/6/7/2/ on your host server which contain the product images?
