download a large number of invoice problem

I am using PS 1.5.4.1

wanna download invoice. I went to BO > Orders > Invoices , then I selected a day (it contains 412 invoices) . However it occur error during exporting.

 

I tried select another day which just 15 invoices is work fine. I can download a pdf with 15 pages

 

How can I download invoice at this situation (415 pages)? How can I separate (maybe 100 by 100 invoice a pdf) ? Or how can I change serve setting to download a large size pdf?
