Urgent: Can't see orders and get Invalid Security Token on filter

Please help! My client has PS 1.3.2.3 and has been using it for a few years now. Suddenly today we can't see the orders and if I click reset or filter, I get an 'Invaild Security Token' message.

 

Can anyone tell me what is causing this, and how I can fix it?

 

BTW we are planning to upgrade to the latest PS in October, so please don't just tell me to upgrade! This was all working fine before.
