Two shops, one database?

Hi is it possible to have two different shops use the same database? If so how do attach the second shop to that already in-use database? Thank you.

when you install the second store, you would use a different database prefix. your current store probably has the prefix ps_, so you could use something like ps2_ or anything of your choosing.

If you are running a 1.4 shop, it's very simple with our moudle to create multiple shops using the same database.
