SBKUnlimited
Hello! I'm having a couple of issues with customers attempting to checkout using PayPal, but without an account, supplying only a card. Here are the errors I'm getting: Shipping Address Invalid City State Postal CodeL_LONGMESSAGE0 -> A match of the Shipping Address City, State, and Postal Code failed.L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error PayPal response:TIMESTAMP -> 2013-08-13T00:34:41ZL_ERRORCODE0 -> 10486L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> This transaction couldn't be completed.L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> This transaction couldn't be completed. Please redirect your customer to PayPal.L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error On the first error, I double checked and his address is all correct, city, state and zip. Please help! I've lost a couple of sales as a result. Thank you for any direction here.
benjamin utterback
Hi, have you tested this yourself to see if this happens all the time?
SBKUnlimited
Every card I have is associated with a PayPal account and conveniently, PayPal won't let me use it without logging in. Also make sure your API matches the configuration, express checout, standard etc. Keep us posted. Thanks!
SBKUnlimited
Can you advise on how to backup the current module? Thank you for the help!
benjamin utterback
Hi SBKUnlimited, I actually mean to backup your entire shop. You can follow this thread for more guidance, http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/245815-how-to-back-up-prestashop-files-and-database/ After you backup, then you should delete the module via FTP, and install the new PayPal module you download via the Back Office>Modules>Add new Module.
