[email protected]
Hi, I'm using bluehost as my server for my website. I have lost my password to my backoffice and use an email I set up on bluehost as my log-in email for my back office. Whenever I click the 'lost password' button, I type in the email I generally use to log in. It then tells me it has sent the new password to the email account (which I can get into) and yet, when I log into the email account, there is no new email containing a new password. Is this a prestashop issue or a server/bluehost issue? And if it is a prestashop issue, how might I go about finding this email and the new password? Thanks for any help!
