marioluna
I can indicate that the CUSTOMER place to enter the data from your Credit Slip to discount the money that is credited with the return of the products.Prestashop offers the possibility of generating at a return of a product * Voucher * Credit Slip For Credit Slip is generated correctly but can not find the place where the customer can discount it, because in the shopping cart there is no field to enter the number of Credit Slip. For Voucher, the customer may enter the code in the shopping cart, the only restriction I found was that the customer must buy something for the same or greater value as the minimum purchase amount is accepted for this voucher equal to the amount of purchase. Does the client can make a purchase by a smaller value and to be balance for your next purchase? How do?.
radders
Credit slip is described as acknowledgement of return of goods and having no monetary value. You have to use voucher for that.
marioluna
Thanks Radders. The voucher may have a lesser amount than its value? (see picture). To allow the customer to purchase a product of lesser value and that have enough money left for future purchases.

Think ill just write it out, doesnt seem like much point and in the other shops weve got ive never needed to use it (thankfully).if someone was that unhappy with a product id just offer them a refund in the same way they paid!
