Hi friends,

I have an issue with invoice.

when ever someone purchase the product, the email order confirmation they receve is correct

But the PDF invoice look funny.

see images: back office order detail post-460136-0-02806900-1376363944_thumb.jpg

3 items total 51.95

6% tax 3.12

Altogether: 55.07

Then i gave free shipping + 16% off( James V), everything looks fine at back office and email except no description about tax.

But on the PDF Invoice is not right eventhough the net amount samepost-460136-0-19080800-1376364510_thumb.png

Hi,

The default invoice layout isn't very intuitive even when it's correct (but maybe different countries have different invoicing requirements/traditions). Which version of Prestashop are you using?

I don't have easy access to the invoice template files right now (nor have I played around with vouchers/cart-rules much) but in the v1.5.5 changelog it appears that the inflated "Total Vouchers" issue you see would have been fixed (since it appears the "free shipping" discount of 9.50 was applied twice in your example, as alluded to in the changelog -  http://www.prestashop.com/en/developers-versions/changelog/1.5.5.0). I wonder if the free shipping discount was also separated from the product tax table within one of the updates.

In my opinion, even with correct values the invoice would look confusing to a customer with inadequate separation of vouchers, free shipping and product charges.

Cheers
