Manual Product Order Column shows numbers not arrows

I need to manually rearrange products in category:

So I go to "Catalog" > "Products" - "Filter by Category" - select the category I want > Position column shows up! HOWEVER there are no arrows to move the products up or down, I only see numbers in the "Position" column. Is this normal?

 

So how do I manually change the position of the products?

In older version I was able to click and drag the product to any position in addition to the arrows, now I can't even find the arrows.

 

NOTE:

In Preferences for Products the Default order is set to "Position inside category"

Prestashop version 1.5.4.1

 

If someone can provide any advice it would be a great help.

OK, so it looks like its a browser issue / bug. It does not work on my Firefox 22.0 (mac) but the arrows show up when I use Chrome...
