Paypal Pro hiding orders & dropping fields

I recently began having PrestaShop drop the billing address "state" field, and even more often, dropping the "telephone" field. Even worse, every so often an order is hidden. The filter won't find it, and it is not on the Orders page. The only way to find it is to notice that an order number is skipped, and then click "back" or "forward" to the missing order from a neighboring order.

 

We can find the missing "state" and "telephone" information by clicking the little pencil icon to the right of the billing address on individual order pages. We integrated with Paypal Pro Plus v.1.5 back in February and did not have this problem until the past month. We have not upgraded to PrestaShop v. 1.5.4.1. I don't know how to tell what we are running but I guess it is 1.5.

 

PrestaShop said they would help if I signed up for $399.99/year technical help. I have two shops with the same problem so I suppose I would have to pay $799.98 to get assistance. They won't do a month or a per issue price. Grr-r-rrr!

 

Of course, my webmaster blames Paypal, and Paypal blames the webmaster.
