spring00
Hello. We are using 1.5.4.1 and we imported our products and categories from another website which was using 1.5.3.1. This hasnt been easy but we finally thought it was done. However we've noticed a few glitches. I've managed to sort most of them but the last one affects the Back Office. Bascially we cant make any changes to the products with an error message coming up. For example, when we view the list of products the column called Status shows green ticks and red crosses as usual. But when we try to change the status of a product either by clicking on the tick or cross or by going into the product information and selecting 'enabled' we get an error message. It says 'An error occurred while updating the status.' The same thing happens if we try to edit a product description. It seems to save but then we get the red error message and the changes are not saved at all. I know its not a lot to go on but can anyone please help? I should add that this site was working fine before we had all the categories and products imported.
