Panier et commande en page blanche (résolu)

Bonjour à tous,

Je rencontre un sérieux problème sur ma boutique Prestashop!

Il n'est plus possible de commander car en cliquant sur commander ou même lorsque l'on veut visualiser le panier on obtiens une page blanche.

Donc sur la page: monsite.com/commande (en mode url rewrite)

Le message d'erreur est le suivant:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class FreeOrder in /homez.402/themespr/www/override/controllers/front/ParentOrderController.php on line 35

J'ai vérifier le fichier je ne voit rien d'anormal ni de modifier par rapport a avant!

A noter que j'ai avant ce bug modifier les options de performances CCC, optimisation Apache, mode cache etc... pour améliorer la vitesse du site.

J'ai remis toutes les options comme avant mais rien à faire.

Quelqu'un a-t-il une idée pour me sortir de ce mauvais pas?

En désinstallant temporairement le module FreeOrder ... qui apparemment override le controller Order

Vérifier si après la désinstallation l'override dans ParentOrderController est bien enlevé.

Ca ne change rien malheureusement.

Ce qui est bizarre c'est que cela fonctionner très bien avant que je ne touche aux options performances.

Tu ne crois pas a un problème sur le serveur Apache...ou le fichier .htaccess ?

Car également, si j'essaie de modifier une url dans le back office (préférences->SEo & URL's->éditer une page)

j'ai le même message d'erreur.

Rha je suis un peu désespéré là!!

Je continue à penser que c'est un problème de l'override ParentOrderController.php

qui contient la classeFreeOrder qui extends PaymentModule qui gère le paiement.

Mais ça n'engage que moi.

Pourquoi tout le contenu du fichier dans l'override.

• Fait une copie de sauvegarde de l'override (sur ton bureau)

• Supprime le fichier de l'override

• Test

RESOLU!!!

J'ai supprimé le fichier de l'override...et ca a marché...

Un truc de dingue quand même car après j'ai remis le fichier...et ca marche toujours....là je comprends pas trop mais bon l'essentiel c'est que ca fonctionne

C'est vraiment bien d'avoir des gens comme toi sur le forum qui donne un coup de main car avec Prestashop, les galères sont monnaie courante.

Merci pour ce remerciement chaleureux. Rare sur ce forum. Il m'incite à continuer d'aider les autres.

Je ne sais pas comment on fait pour mettre que le sujet du topic est résolu mais je vais essayer.

Edites le premier post > Use Full Editor et rajoutes dans le titre [Résolu]

deux précisions

• Lorsque tu fais un override, il faut juste copier la function que tu veux overrider pas tout le fichier de base

• En supprimant le fichier class_index.php (dossier cache) tout rentre dans l'ordre (PS le recrée automatiquement)
