ebay 1.4.1 categories page hanging

Hi,

 

I am using PS 1.4.8.2 and have installed ebay module 1.4.1. I can set the parameters and connect to ebay.

 

When i select the tab "Categories settings" the waiting/loading timer just keeps going round. when i click 'suggest categories' that does the same thing.

 

I have attached a screengrab for reference.

 

I have left this overnight and still the same thing, does anybody know how to deal with this problem?

I'm using Prestashop Version 1.5.3.1 and Ebay Module Version 1.5.1

 

Getting the same problems. It eventually allowed me to register the module with Ebay after about 10 tries. I now get a loading message when picking categories. I left it to run for at least half an hour and it doesn't load at all.

 

Is there a solution for this?

My install is doing the same thing, did you ever find a solution?

Same thing happened to me. Now I'm using prestashop 1.6.0.6 and ebay module version 1.6.6.

 

Please guys, a lot of people with the same error. This must be a bug.

 

I need these to be working. Help us please.

Try logging in to the BO on iPad. Worked for me!

just on the back of what Just444 said i tried using a different browser IE, as use chrome normally and guess what, it works!! Almost immediately it starts uploading the products.

 

I have not tested everything as yet but the resolve to the hanging problem is sorted for me when using IE10.
