xnitrorc
Hi i heard google is changing the way they index sites and accounting website load time into there process for ranking websites.I have done a speed test of my site the results are below:http://www.webpagetest.org/result/100126_4M1Z/I know the obvious changes to increase speed like reducing the image size and text is they any plugins to shrink down any of the files within prestashop core or are they already set at optimum.I don't understand all of the results but any other tips to increase speed within the site other than obvious ie images/text would be greatly appreciated! thethreedegrees
Get the plugin YSlow for firefox and that will give you a good indication of where you can improve your site speed.

xnitrorc
Just testing yahoo y slow i quite like google page speed as it checks for compressed images and then shows you how much they can be compressed by and gives you a compressed version of the image which is great! The only thing is y slow gives my site a reading of 72/100 where as google page speed says its 85/100 so trying to see how specific each of them is.Great tools tho!
