Prestashop 1.5.4.1 Memory Size 512 and still server error

Hello,

to create a new category ago five days in the backend there was createdt an error 500 in the front end which could not be solved until today after I debugging the defines.inc.php mode enabled (prestashop 1.5.4.1) was then to see this is a problem of the memory size (fatal error: out of memory (allocated 254803968) but now, the memory size is set to 512 pages from the support (dreamhost.com) and the problem still exists;Fatal Error or Error 500 in www.baratisimo.com.co

 

 

What can I do here?

 

 

The Support from Dreamhost wrote the following:

I raised your php memory_limit to 512M and I'm still seeing an error. But

the error is stopping at 245MB

 

Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 257687552) (tried to allocate 2

bytes) in /home/baratisimo/baratisimo/classes/db/DbPDO.php on line 90

So something with your site now seems to be limiting this. I'm sorry but

we're unable to troubleshoot what may be causing this within your site.

But somewhere the memory_limit seems to be set at a max of 245M.
