Sphyrna
Hi, I've had some issues getting our prestashop installation working. I've decided to try 1.4.11.0 to try to get around tax calculation issues with zip codes and their not displaying in the cart correctly in 1.5.4. On upload by FTP, it took all night and half a day, then when over the listed upload size (up to around 41MB) of 39.6MB and finally failed. Looking at the installed files I haven't seen anything missing, but have not been through all of the sub-files and have noticed some such as "override" which are not included on my upload files (I presume this is a created file to prepare for installation?) Is there a way to check these files to make sure there are none missing and patch upload if needed? Can I go ahead and attempt installation and have a safe and usable store afterwards? Do I have to start over? Thanks, Elizabeth
El Patron
if your ftp program will allow syncing, i.e. only upload/download changed/missing files...then do that...please google search on your particual ftp program as ps is not the best place for discussing ftp programs. other suggestions: try breaking up your ftp upload into smaller chunks. You could also contact your hosting provider to up limit.

PascalVG
Hi Elisabeth, Which solution did work for you in the end? Missing files only/breaking up in chunks? Just to complete the topic :-) Thx, pascal
