Curran Posted August 8, 2013 Share Posted August 8, 2013 Using 1.4.6.2 Ive been adding products to my Catalog, and Ive just checked my website, every product there is being displayed with the price as "including tax", however the price, is actually the price pre-tax! Payment > Taxes > Tax Options > Enable Tax > Yes (checked) If I go to the Catalog > Product "x" The pre-tax retail price Tax Rule Retail Price with Tax All set correctly! Previously, in the BO, the Base Price and Retail price were showing as Base Price (excl. tax) Retail Price (incl. tax) Now, without changing anything.... All the products are showing the same Base Price and Retail Price - which are the correct prices excl. tax If I go into a product and try to change the "tax rule" it has no effect on either the "Pre-Tax retail price" or "Retail Price with Tax" Arrrghhhh, what is happening?? Curran Posted August 8, 2013 Author Share Posted August 8, 2013 OK fixed the 2nd problem....that was my fault...changed something in "Tax Rules" by mistake!! 1st problem seems to have rectifited itself.....I had tried turning off and on the "Enable Tax" numberous times, and did it just now and fixed everything!!
