[SOLVED]translation and language missing cms and more

the website is under construction in Italian, but I have to add the English, French, German, Spanish

 

as you can see from this picture I turned the English language:

 

 

if I go in the pages cms the flag of the English language does not appear attach pictures:

 

 

 

Also, I noticed that even from the side front office there were English translations from as you can see from the photos

 

 

 

 

 

something might be wrong?
