that's right, it looks like .htaccess issue, try to regenerate this file

 

i checked your website, looks fantastic. May i know what kind of module you use for categories block? menu like this looks AWESOME. Im also curious how it works if there will be more than one subcategory (deepest tree)

Yes, a very nice looking site indeed.

 

I did notice that if I switched from English to any other language, then there are some translations and images missing and the phone number is the default one.

Hello I used LeoTheme

and all modules come from the theme,

404 Page error come from a localization module, now fixed it

 

I tested 3 tree on categories, they are fine too
