Multi Store - Sub Domain not working well

Hello All,

 

I have created an additional stores based on sub domains from my main site and it did not give the right results, as the sub domain shops does not load all the time, most of the time I am unable to access it, any help?

 

The reason I am creating sub domains is that my shop sales will be based on locations, as I will sell different products for each location in the city am targeting.

 

Any advise about good way to manage the sales by location?
