rakel
Hi guys, I need a different way to get retail price in products. I will manualy set supplier price (in currency) -> that will autoset in wholesale price (in default currency) -> I will set "margin" (there is no way now) -> this will autocalculate retail price. I see in BO Product page (PS v.1.5.3.1) there are supplier price, wholesale and retail prices, but there is no relation between them. I am not familiar with prestashop yet. Any help is appreciated. normannasty
I'm in the same boat. Do you have solution?
mnile
This is perhaps the biggest problem faced by me till now in prestashop. Suppose my Product's supplier price is 80 The retail price (MRP) of the product is 100 Now I want to make a calculation based discounts on all the products, for example in the above case, if I want to sell the products on only 60% margin of the available 100% margin which in this case my total margin is 100-80=20, now as per my rule 60% margin of my total margin of Rs. 20 that is Rs. 12 shall be added to the base price that is 80+12= Rs. 92. So overall I will offer a discount of Rs. 8 on my product. I don't think there is any straight forward way of achieving this requirement but this can be done by shooting an SQL query but then again unfortunately if you are a prestashop cloud user then there is no way to do this. This problem actually has made my conversion very low with zero sale as I simply cannot compete with my competitors in providing them with the best rates especially when we have a product list of more than 10000 products.
