Problem istallation 1.5.4.1

Hello

I find this problem in the installation of Prestashop 1.5.4.1.

I create a database, create user, I attribute all permissions to this user for this database.

Insert it correctly (I'm sure) the data in the form .....

.... I check the database connection .....

... I am returned this message: Invalid prefix tables, as you can see from the attached file

 

I do not understand what could cause this error

.... Perhaps it is useful to correct the problem.

By removing the prefix from the box and checking the connection to the database ....
