Looking for experienced Prestashop/php/SQL Developer

Can anyone recommend a very reliable and highly experienced Prestashop developer. We are in the process of developing a very big and highly customized Prestashop site. The developer would need to be able to do a lot of custom theme development, set up additional SQL databases, associate products with custom meta data and be very experienced in custom PHP coding.
